This table aims to provide objective values between different parameters of 12 modern flex nibs. However, evaluation of certain parameters, such as softness and smoothness, are based on personal writing experience and estimated using comparison. I (@ink.flexibilities) will try my best to provide unbiased results using these parameters.

The full mark of Softness, Snapback, Smoothness, and Ink flow is 10 points. The higher score it gets in one parameter, the better performance the flex nib has in this parameter.
HOWEVER, the highest point from all parameters combined does NOT indicate the best flex nib. This is because the same parameter weighs differently for different people. Whether a flex nib is a good fit for you or not is ENTIRELY depending on your need -- which parameter(s) is/are the most important to you. Evaluation in this table is for reference only.

Due to the difference in their softness, the maximum amount of flex does not determine how easy a flex nib can flex in regular writing.
由于每个弹尖柔软度不同，测量到的最大劈叉程度并不能代表弹尖在日常中能轻松大劈叉。
Minimum and maximum flex are estimated using a nib width form printed on Maruman Mnemosyne N181 paper. This paper is what I found the best on the market to express line variation. Inks used in the evaluation were from Sailor Studio, Manyo, or Yurameku line, which provide an average ink flow. Line width can vary up to 0.2mm if different inks or paper are used.
弹尖最细线和最大劈叉的测量是在满乐文记忆女神A4空白本上进行的。满乐文记忆女神（一定要是N181型号）是我试过的纸品中表现弹尖线条变化最好。同一弹尖由于不同的墨水和纸品的组合，实际细线和最大劈叉的偏差可能会达到0.2mm。
PLEASE DO NOT try to push that far if you are new to the flex world. Leave at least 0.3mm from the maximum flex in your writing for the safety of your pen.
如果你刚入坑弹尖钢笔，千万不要一股脑的跟着这个表格劈到最大！请在最大劈叉限度中至少保留0.3mm的缓冲，以保证你的弹尖钢笔的安全。
